Projects

The project areas described in the Prospectus have been clarified to reflect geographical and geological boundaries. Some project areas are prospective for more than one style of mineralisation, and the updated project areas reflect this. The project areas are listed below and shown on Figure 1.

Territory Uranium has started its exploration programme with an immediate focus on the Rum Jungle/Pine Creek Project, and Litchfield Project. Field-based geological reconnaissance commenced in May on the Company’s Rum Jungle/Pine Creek Project, and on the Litchfield Project in June 2007. Drilling commenced on the Litchfield Project in October 2007. Acquisition of all previous exploration data for the areas and its incorporation into a digital database is also in progress. The previous exploration data is being used to:

a. highlight under-explored areas
b. define exploration targets that were not followed up by previous explorers and
c. define geology (including alteration and structure) especially in areas with surficial cover, with emphasis on uranium prospectivity
